Agency Drug Testing

The Department of Transportation is also referred to as DOT, The Department or DOT agency.

It was established by Congress in 1967 with a mission to:

The DOT regulates every aspect of transportation in the U.S. and places an extremely high value and strict expectation of drug and alcohol-free operators. There are strict rules and regulations established by the DOT for anyone operating a mode of transportation that falls under DOT jurisdiction.
